Some popular trekking route like Everest & Annapurna has hot shower facility as well as heater in dining room. Our guide will always select best lodges in order to maintain Standard of accommodations during your whole trek. These types of Accommodations are Private room basis, However attached bath rooms are not available in most of lodges but rooms are still clean and hot showers is available upon request.

Hence, comfortable Accommodation is very important and we ensure that all our guests are well accommodated either in City tours or trekking in any region of Nepal.

DELICIOUS & HYGENIC MEALS AS PER YOUR PREFERENCE

During your staying in Kathmandu & Pokhara city Buffed Breakfast( International Standard) will serve between 0600- 0930hrs in the morning. During your trekking, full board (3 meals, breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) self choice meals from meals menu of Each Lodges/tea houses. Like most other companies, our Staff will not select your meals which are of course beyond of your taste and may not be enough to kill your appetite. Our guide will hand over you lodges/Guest house meals ordering menu and you are free to select your own choice of meals according to your taste & requirements. This is Mountain Sherpa's very good system to make our guests fully satisfy from their own self choice meals.

In addition, our Staff will advice and recommend most delicious & Hygienic meals for great Nepalese local foods experience.

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION FROM ARRIVAL TO FINAL DEPARTURE

From arrival to Final departure, we use only Private Transportation for all Airport Transfers and even long drive tour. We never use Overloaded Local buses or shared CAR which is more risky, slow and very uncomfortable. All our Vehicles are at well condition and always safe drive by experience Licensed Driver. There will be always Airport transfer services by Our Airport guide with Private CAR or Private vehicle before/after trek and first arrival to Final departure to home. So, you never need to deal with strange taxi driver or local bus driver. You are always safe from Robbery and lost of your way.

Most of our treks have included round trip domestic flights to ensure comfort trekking experience as well as to save time. In case or if there is no flights accessible destination, we use Private CAR drive or at least DELUXE Tourist buses.

EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL, SINCERE, HARDWORKING & FRIENDLY STAFFS

Guides/Leader: All our guides/Leader are professional & Experienced Local Sherpa (Expert in Himalayan Trekking & Mountaineering) and of course from region of Mt. Everest (top of World peak) Solu (Lower parts of Everest region and Khumbu (Higher part of Everest region). They are fully trained/licensed holder from Ministry of tourism in Nepal. They speak good amount of English, sound knowledge of Nepalese cultures, religions & life styles of people and all our guides are at least 10+ years of experiences in Trekking & hiking trip in Nepal Himalayas. They are trained for basic first Aid and AMS (acute mountain Sickness).

All our guides work for Mountain Sherpa Trekking & Expeditions (www.GuideNepal.com).Therefore they are highly experience & professional to provide highest standard services. As per your requirements or demand; we can provide Bilingual guides/Leaders for your trip as well. There will be 1 guide in whole trek.

Porters/Helpers: Our Trekking & Mountaineering Porters/helpers are fully acclimatized with Himalayan Environment. They have been in high altitude over the decades, so they are fully adjusted with all mountain weather. We always select physically fit and strong enough porters to carry your bags during trek. Some of they will speak little English As well. All our porters in Nepal trip are well Equipped, Insured and paid. Normally, we provide 1 porter for 2 people basis and maximum of 30kgs weight. All our porters are very sincere, helpful, hard working and taking care off.

Assistant Sherpa guide/helper:   The job of Assistant Sherpa guides/ helpers is to lead slow walking guests, handling porters, walk a head for room reservation if necessary, help to sick guests if necessary or any task given by guide. We normally provide Assistant guide for minimum of 5 persons and above group size. We normally provide 1 Assistant Sherpa guide/helper for group of 5-8 persons, 2 Assistant Sherpa guide/helper above 9- 15 persons and number of Assistant Sherpa guide/helper will add according to group size. 

FLEXIBLE ITINERARY

Our itinerary is well designed in order to meet all rest & Acclimatization during trekking. However any reason, if guests would like to change it, it is possible. Sometime due to sick or bad weather or any reason, the itinerary can be change or customize. If necessary, our guide will be always flexible to redesign itineraries or slightly modification on the spot.
At that time guests could directly discuss with guide and plan their own itinerary.

EMERGENCY RESQUE OPERATION

During trekking or climbing trips, if our guests become sick or injured badly and can not make trip a head, we will send helicopter rescue from Kathmandu for immediate assistant. In Most of mountain parts, there are no helicopter landing place available, in this case, our Sherpa will take passenger to helicopter landing pad by carrying on their back. Mountain Sherpa Trekking & Expeditions will take responsible of full payment of helicopter rescue at that time, however after you are rescued in the city; you have to refund all payments paid by our company and any medical and other emergency cost at hospital. All these potential expenses should cover by your travel insurance. We will work out all necessary papers to get pay from your Insurance company, so that you never loss any money. Therefore for any trekking or any climbing trip in mountain region, please always make sure you that your travel insurance should cover Emergency helicopter rescue/Evacuation as well as any other medical expenses if necessary in Emergency.

In case our service failure according to our commitment, we are very easy to refund not used service payment or if we are unable to make refund in time, you could give application to NTB and get refund. Everest (8,848m) is situated. He has started to work as Trekking Kitchen Boy Since 1990. With His Sincere and Honest Services, later he became senior COOK for Camping Trek. He also took both Trekking cook and Guide Training from Government of Nepal in 1993. During his Trekking from 1990 to 1995, he has been Visited Most of all Trekking regions and high Mountain area of Nepal. Also Tandi is working as Senior Trekking Guide and Leader at MSTE from 1997. As a whole he has 18 years of Trekking, Tours & Expedition/Mountaineering Experiences in Nepal with Association of MSTE (Mountain Sherpa Trekking & Expeditions). Therefore, Tandi knows all about Mountains & Trekking Regions. He is one Professional Mountain guide for Trekking to the Himalaya. Mr. SUMBA SHERPA is young, vigorous, sincere, expert & dedicated person in Tourism field in Nepal. Who born on a bright, sunny & high Himalayas Region Solukhumbu, where world highest Peak Mt. Everest is lies. “Being born and raised in a Sherpa Community, Himalayas was always in my veins. Even so, when I touched the Everest base camp for the first time, I knew then and there where my destiny lay” says Mr. Sherpa who trekked all part of Nepal as a guide with different people from different country. Having been involved in trekking industry for 10 years, Mr. Sherpa has gain a lot of knowledge & experience. He done Everest base camp trek (40 times), Annapurna Circuit (Throng Pass Trek 5,416m) (35 times), Langtang trek( 37 times), Mustang trek (20 times), Manaslu Trek (15 times), Kanchengunga trek ( 8 times), Dhaulagiri pass trek (5 times), Dolpa trek (4 times). Besides trekking he explored all Major cities of Nepal, jungle safaris, white River Rafting & many more. During his work he collected vast information about Nepal. Thus Mr. SUMBA SHERPA is very confident to provide better Service & right information for his valuable clients. He has 14 years of Educational background with Sound English & French Speaking & written. Beside Nepal, Mr. Sherpa also guided many trekking & tours in India, Tibet & Darjeeling.

Pasang Dolma Sherpa is an Enthusiast staff of MSTE with keen interest in tourism field of Nepal. She is working in this company since 2003. She is originally from Everest region and hard working. She looks after office work and guest relationship. She holds high school level education.

Phuri Sherpa is one of our regular Trekking guide. He lives in Kathmandu, Nepal and has been an outdoor leader for more than 10 years. From the Annapurna Circuit trek to Everest base camp trek and langtang trek, there is nothing he enjoys more than trekking and exploring new, beautiful places with others. Reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable, Phuri is a huge asset to the Mountain Sherpa Trekking & Expeditions team. Phuri Sherpa is a Young and Hard working Professional Trekking Guide and has joined this company in 2003. He holds valid trekking guide License form Nepal government and has school level Education. He is Permanently from Solukhumbu- 1 Kerung and temporally staying in Kathmandu for his profession.
 

PASANG RINJEE SHERPA- Trekking Guide
Pasang Rinjee Sherpa is a professional trekking guide for Everest region trek. Guiding to most of popular Everest base camp- Kalapattar (5545m) is one of his favorite occupations as Trekking guide from MSTE, as he absolutely loves to show mighty Himalayas & sharing his experience with others. Pasang Rinjee Sherpa is a Young Sherpa guide from Lukla (Gateway to Everest region) has been working in trekking guide in this company from year 1999. He knows very well about Trekking in Everest region since he is from Lukla. He leads at least 8-12 small and big group to Everest region. He had trained from Nepal tourism department. Before guide, he has worked as Assistant Sherpa guide in few trekking companies in Nepal about 8 yrs. As a whole he has 13 yrs of trekking Experience in Nepal.
 

PHURBA SHERPA- Trekking & Climbing Guide
Phurba Sherpa grew up in the mountains of Nepal. He is one of experienced Sherpa Climbing guide as well as trekking guide in Nepal Himalaya over 25 years. Mountaineering, if truth be told is not easy task; however he takes it lightly with his confidant heart and mind. He has scaled numerous highest mountain peaks of Nepal. He has been licensed from Ministry of Tourism of Nepal as climbing guide. He has been enjoying long list of grand success since he had engaged in this sector Sharing passion and leading you through right way, he assists you to accomplish your dream with minimum effort and unique experience. He has successfully Climbed numerous 6000 m trekking peaks many times (especially Island and Mera peak-  one of the most popular trekking peaks in Nepal) with our Valuable guests in the past years. He very helpful and friendly guide among all our guests and all our guests are very happy with his personal attitude.Phurba was our Mountain guide since 1995 with this company.

He has been successfully guiding clients to high mountain pass treks and climbing part of Nepal. His interest is climbing and hiking. He also climbed many trekking peaks and high Mountain peaks above 8000m. His knowledge in Trekking & Climbing sector is brilliant and a friendly, helpful and honest service is his best attitude among our guests.
 

JHANGBU SHERPA- Trekking & Climbing Guide

Tendi Sherpa is experienced climbing guide of our company. He has climbed many trekking peaks and also Mt. Everest few times with big expeditions groups. Tendi Sherpa has been leading groups to Mera peak and island peak many times from this company since 2002. However, he is more than 10 years of climbing and guiding experience in Nepal Himalaya.
 

NIMA SHERPA- Trekking Guide

Gombu Sherpa has trekked as trekking cook with many other companies in the past. He is about 8 years of trekking cooking experience. He is working as cook for camping treks in this company since 2005. He can prepare any types of meals quickly with great tastes of Nepalese local foods.
 

DORJEE SHERPA- Assistant Guide/Sherpa
Dorjee Sherpa has been working with Mountain Sherpa trekking & Expeditions from 2000. He works both as porter plus Assistant guide in Camping/tea house treks. Always smiling, helpful and honest is his best ornaments among all our trekking guests. That is why everybody likes Dorjee. He is learning trekking cook.
 

KAMI SHERPA- Assistant Guide/Sherpa
He is more than 12 years experiences in trekking in Nepal working as Kitchen helper in Camping treks or normal porters. He never minds to work for any level of jobs. He is working as both porter and assistant guide in Camping and tea house trek over 5 years in this company.
 

MINGMAR SHERPA- Assistant Guide/Sherpa
Mingmar Sherpa, a Young and Professional staff has been working with Mountain Sherpa trekking & Expeditions from 2005. He works both as porter plus Assistant guide in Camping/tea house treks. Always smiling, helpful and honest is his best ornaments among all our trekking guests. That is why everybody likes him. He is learning trekking cook as well as guide. Also we have Porters at Pokhara for Annapurna treks. For Annapurna and Everest treks, we will arrange porters from trek starting point only. This helps our guests to save money for flights or any transportation of porters/helpers.
